- recognizing training and development requirements among employees in the field of innovative sales /purchase models for online advertising,
- close cooperation with the experts hired by the company for the purpose of constant improvement of training programs,
- preparation of training programs and materials to support employee development,
- validating effectiveness of the undertaken activities and current monitoring of employee development,
- taking care of the exchange of knowledge between teams, promoting „good practices”,
- reporting to the Board.
- knowledge and experience in building training and development programs (knowledge of the online advertising industry is not required, but it is welcome),
- enthusiasm and engagement in the entrusted tasks,
- open attitude to constant development of own competencies,
- high level of communication and presentation skills,
- fluent knowledge of the English language.
