Your Responsibilities

  • development of employees’ hard skills through providing suitable training,
  • recognizing training and development requirements among employees in the field of innovative sales /purchase models for online advertising,
  • close cooperation with the experts hired by the company for the purpose of constant improvement of training programs,
  • preparation of training programs and materials to support employee development,
  • validating effectiveness of the undertaken activities and current monitoring of employee development,
  • taking care of the exchange of knowledge between teams, promoting „good practices”,
  • reporting to the Board.

Our Expectations

  • knowledge and experience in building training and development programs (knowledge of the online advertising industry is not required, but it is welcome),
  • enthusiasm and engagement in the entrusted tasks,
  • open attitude to constant development of own competencies,
  • high level of communication and presentation skills,
  • fluent knowledge of the English language.
