It\u2019s time for a new success story<\/strong><\/a>. This time about Justyna Niedzia\u0142ek and her time at Yieldbird!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yieldbird is a place that is constantly growing as a company and team. Among our staff, some wonderful people have developed their careers with us for a long time. This story is about one of those folks, our team member Justyna, who has been at Yieldbird for almost five years!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How did it begin?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


Justyna applied to Yieldbird<\/strong><\/a> as an intern, and now throughout her journey with us, she has become a Team Leader!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would never have thought that I would deal with widely known programmatic.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Justyna, starting her career at Yieldbird was a real-life revolution. She decided to change industries completely, she previously worked in HR for a logistics company. The dynamic of the programmatic<\/strong><\/a> that Justyna deals with every day has a positive impact on her and she has never felt bored with her job in the last five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I get questions asking if I would like to develop, change jobs. But during these five years, I have never felt bored with my work. Every day I solve new problems, every day has the implementation of a new advertising format, I get to talk to new people. To foster myself, I don\u2019t have to change jobs, I\u2019m developing professionally 100% here.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What kinds of challenges has Justyna had to face?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


At Yieldbird, Justyna finds two areas challenging. The first one is connected with programmatic and advertising.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s demanding, new opportunities and amenities appear every day. This is a challenge that every day reminds me that you need to be up to date, which is the driving force.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second challenge is related to her promotion. Two years ago, after being a Specialist Justyna became a Team Leader.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a challenge for me when working on a daily basis as a teammate, I became a Team Leader. It was difficult for me to develop a manager-employee relationship. This is something that I\u2019m still learning.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How has she found herself as a Team Leader?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


Any change that occurs is a thrill. For me, it was an important moment and I know that if any changes appear, new employees feel the same.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Justyna, working with the team is a challenge where you need to have an individual approach and not lose yourself in being just an analyst. Along with changing positions to a Team Leader, Justyna took responsibility not only for herself but for the whole team, which also requires support from a manager.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Justyna offers as the Team Leader is support, ongoing communication, and 100% transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From my team, I expect to feel what they are doing and to communicate what they need.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plans for the future?<\/strong>

Justyna would like to focus on participating as much as possible in the company’s development process and focus on the product but still would like to have daily contact with clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
